Welcome to the online Host Family application!

First, you need to create an account.

Step 1: Click on the Create Account link at the bottom. 

Step 2: This will take you to the Account Details screen where you can enter the required information. An Account Creation Successful! message will appear, notifying you that an email has been sent. 

Step 3: Check your Inbox for a message with 'User Account Verification' in the Subject heading. (Check your junk/spam folders if this email is not received within 15 minutes.) Click the link in this email to complete the account creation and you will get the following message: Validation Successful! Click on the Sign In link to return to the Sign In page.

Step 4: Enter your Email and Password. Click on the Sign In button.

Step 5: Read the True North Privacy Policy and click 'I Accept and Agree' to proceed to the family portal. 

Now you're ready to submit your online homestay application!
