Dear Parent,

We would like to thank you for choosing EMSB schools for your child’s education abroad. 

Guidelines for Submitting Your Applications:

• Create your account on the secure online portal of True North
• Choose the correct application type for your request - STANDARD or LETTERS OF ADMISSIONS
• Complete the online application within 10 days after receiving your password to access the secure online portal of True North
• Submit all required information and documents on the secure online portal of True North
• All documents must be submitted in PDF or JPEG files and no more than 5MB in size for each document
• The EMSB will only accept complete applications that are submitted through our secure online portal of True North
• The EMSB will not accept mailed, emailed, or faxed student applications
• Incomplete or unpaid applications will not be processed
• Requests for Letters of Acceptance (L.O.A.) will not be processed in June, July and August.

International Student Application

• Application Type: STANDARD
• Application Period:  December 1st, 2024 to May 30th, 2025

Applications for Letters of Admissions – Temporary Stay Status Families

• Application Type: APPLICATION FOR LETTERS OF ADMISSIONS
• If you are a parent with a valid temporary work or study permit and require new letters of admissions to renew the immigration documents for your children, you can submit an “Application for Letters of Admissions”.  

Upon receipt of your application, we will review the details for approval.
