Before you submitting a student’s application, all student recruitment agents must be approved as an agent by the EMSB.  Please make sure to review the Application Process for Agents at the following link: https://international.emsb.qc.ca/international/admission/apply-agent

International Student Application Period – December 1^st,  2024 to May 30^th,  2025

• Application Type: STANDARD

Applications for Letters of Admissions – Temporary Stay Status Families

• If the parents of the student have a valid temporary work or study permit and require new letters of admissions to renew the immigration documents of their children, you can submit an “Application for Letters of Admissions”.  
• Application Type: APPLICATION FOR LETTERS OF ADMISSIONS

Submitting your Student’s Application to the EMSB

• Once you have become an approved agency with the EMSB, the agent/agency can submit all information and required documents on behalf of the student through the online secure application system.
• The agent must complete the student’s online application within 10 days after receiving their password to access our online application system
• All documents must be submitted in PDF or JPEG files no more than 5MB in size for each document
• The EMSB will only accept complete applications that are submitted through our secure online application system (The EMSB will not accept mailed, emailed, or faxed applications)
• Incomplete or unpaid applications will not be processed
• Requests for Letters of Acceptance (L.O.A.) will not be processed in June, July and August.
