• Minimum average of a "C" or equivalent in past two years of academic courses
• Intermediate level of English - must be able to read, write, speak and understand directions at grade level
• All documents must be fully completed, signed and submitted

Ensure you have all required information for the application.  You have ten (10) days to submit an application once you create a new application. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
