Before you apply, please make sure you have all the required information for the application process. You have seven (7) days to submit an application once you create a new application. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Elementary School Program: 25/26 School Year

Elementary schools are accepting applications for 2025/26 school year. Please choose September 2025 or January/February 2026 start date.

Please note that schools in the Willoughby Area do not accept fee-paying International students due to space limitations  

High School Program: 25/26 School Year

• Langley Fundamental 
• Walnut Grove Secondary 

Due to homestay space limitations for special diet students; students who require a celiac/gluten free, vegan, halal, kosher, vegetarian or additional special dietary requests as assessed by the admissions department will  only be accepted for a minimum 5 month program and there will be an additional $200 per month homestay charge to accommodate these dietary needs.

If your student has a nut allergy or has any of the above dietary requirements, please contact the Admissions Department before applying to ensure homestay placement availability.
