Agents that have a contract with RDCI can self create accounts using the instructions in the Agent Portal Guide below.

Before you apply, please make sure you have all the required information for the application process. You have ten (10) days to submit an application once you create a new application. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Please note that students wanting to graduate with an Alberta Diploma typically require 2-3 years dependent on their English level.  Only students entering with a very high level of English may be able to graduate in 1 year.
