Welcome to the Durham Catholic District School Board's Passport to Excellence program for International students.

Before you apply, please make sure you have all the required information for the application process. You have thirty (30) days to submit an application once you create a new application. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Application Fee of $250.00 CDN (non-refundable) payable to Durham Catholic District School Board is required in order for the application to be reviewed.

Seats in the Passport to Excellence program are limited and the Durham Catholic District School Board reserves the right to place International students based on program availability.   

 Tuition Fees: 2023 - 2024 School Year

$16,200.00 CDN - Two Semesters of Secondary School (maximum of 8 credits)

$8,100.00 CDN - One Semester of Secondary School (maximum of 4 credits)

$15,200.00 CDN - Full year of Elementary School (10 months)

$7,600.00 CDN - Half year of Elementary School (5 months)

$1,800.00 CDN/Course - Adult Cont Ed Course (eg: PSW Program - $1,800 X 6.5 credits = $11,700.00)
