The Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools International Student Program only accepts complete applications submitted through our secure online application system. Applications sent by mail, email, or fax will not be accepted. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

 

Before beginning the online application process, please ensure you have collected all the required photos listed below. The application will also require you to provide references, describe any previous hosting experience, and explain your reason for hosting an international student.  Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, we will contact you to request a copy of your current house insurance for our records.

 

 

A Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check are required as part of our vetting process. Once an application has been accepted, we will issue a letter to present to the police so the checks can be completed at no cost.

 

All required documents and photos must be submitted as PDF or JPEG files and be less than 5MB each. If a file exceeds 5MB, it has likely been scanned at too high a resolution and must be rescanned at a lower resolution before beginning the application process.

To submit an application, the photos listed below are mandatory. If these photos are not uploaded into the online application system, you will not be able to complete the application process. Incomplete applications that are not finalized within 30 days will be automatically deleted.
