The primary applicant must be 25 years of age or older and must speak English.

1. Photos of home (inside & out), family and student's bedroom; and 

2. Crimal Record Check (CRC) clearance for all members in the home 18 years and older.

 

Once your application has been submitted and reviewed, we will contact you to set up a home visit.
