Please note that students who are interested in graduating from WECDSB or students who need mandatory courses for co-validation MUST indicate this in the application.

 

 

Before you begin

 

Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board will only accept complete applications using our secure online application system. Incomplete or unpaid applications will not be processed.

 

Before you begin the online application process, please make sure you have collected all the necessary information and documents.  You will need:

 

- the applicant’s complete information and at least one parent’s complete information. This includes names, birthdates, addresses, emails etc.

- Required and recommended documents (see below) must be submitted as PDF or JPEG files only and less than 5MB 

 

The application fee is $250 CAD and is nonrefundable. This amount will be indicated on your invoice.

 

Required documents

 

In order to submit an application, the documents listed below are required to be uploaded. If you do not upload these documents into the online application system, you cannot complete the application process. If you do not submit a complete application within fourteen (14) days, the partial application will be automatically deleted.  During the application process you have to download, print and sign Terms & Agreement forms.

 

- Translated/Certified School Transcripts or report cards. You must have a record of grades for the last two years

- Head Shot Photo (jpg/png/gif - Max 500KB) Not a photocopy.

- Photocopy of first page of passport

- Translated/Certified Immunizatuion Record

- Terms & Agreement form. The parent(s) and student must sign our agreement

- Student Photo/ Internet Conset form. The parent(s) and student must sign our agreement

- CASL Form. The parent(s) and student must sign our agreement.

You are welcome to upload additional documents including School Letter, photo albums and a letter of intent if you wish.  This will assist in finding the best school placement for your student.
