West Vancouver Schools only accepts complete applications submitted through our secure online application system. Applications sent by mail, email, or fax will not be accepted. Incomplete or unpaid applications will not be processed.

 

Fundable Admissions

(Diplomat, Refugee, Study Permit, and Work Permit Categories)

Please ensure you select the correct application form for your admission category. This application portal is also used by the International Programs department. Applications submitted under the Elementary or Secondary International Programs (fee-paying) categories when a Fundable Admissions category is required will be deleted and will not be processed.

International Programs (Fee-Paying Students)

Please note that most grades for the 2026-27 school year are currently full. Before submitting an application, please contact the appropriate market director:

September Intake
Applications open at 12:00 AM (Vancouver time) on October 15 of the previous year.
Example: Applications for September 2026 opened on October 15, 2025.

 

February Intake
Applications open at 12:00 AM (Vancouver time) on February 2 of the previous year.
Example: Applications for February 2027 opened on February 2, 2026.

Applications must be completed and submitted within 30 days of being started. Unsubmitted applications will be automatically deleted.

 

The non-refundable application fee is $300 CAD and must be paid through Flywire.
