APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Before you begin the online application process, please make sure you have collected all the necessary information and documents. You will need the applicant’s complete information and at least one parent’s complete information. This includes names, birth dates, addresses, etc. Required documents (see below) must be submitted as PDF or JPEG files only and less than 5MB each. If any document is larger than 5MB, it has been scanned at too high a resolution and must be rescanned at a lower resolution before beginning the application process.

Students should submit applications as early as possible.  International students may apply directly to the Thames Valley District School Board (TVDSB) or through a Recruitment Service Provider.  As a guideline, it is recommended that the application process begins five to seven months before the start date of school because the length of time required to process students visa application varies from country to country.

The application fee and tuition fee for the first academic year must be paid before the application can be processed.
