Application Instructions - MLI Education Group
- The MLI Education Group Registration team will only accept complete applications using our secure online application system
- PDF applications are no longer accepted, except where supplemental PDF documents are required
- Incomplete or unpaid applications will not be processed
- All information must be provided in ENGLISH
IMPORTANT NOTE:
You will be able to save your application as you complete each section, and return to it for further completion.
However, you will NOT be able to save any section mid-way through. You must complete a section in FULL, prior to saving it.
To stop your application for completion at a later date
- SAVE the completed section you are on
- Then use the GREY BACK BUTTON at the bottom of the page
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
please make sure you have all the necessary information and documents for the application type. Supplemental documents will vary based on the application type, but all will required as PDF or JPEG files only and less than 15MB each. If any document is larger than 15MB, it has been scanned at too high a resolution and must be rescanned at a lower resolution before beginning the application process.
All students will need to provide the following documents:
- Passport photo page
- Photo of the student (head shot)
- Student photo collage
- Parent Letter
- Medical Health Form
- Special Diet: Sample Meal Plan (only if you follow a specialized diet)
Students applying for the CISS or MLI High School Programme will ALSO be required to complete the following documents:
- Student Motivational Letter
- Transcripts from the last 3 school years + Transcript Translation
- English Teacher Reference
- French Teacher Reference (only if you are applying for a French school or a French-Immersion programme)
- Results from an English proficiency test (if available/applicable)
- Copy of student immunization record to accompany the Health Form
An application fee is required to be paid through the portal, as the final step in this online application.
