INTERNATIONAL FEE PAYING INSTRUCTIONS

 

Before you begin

 

London District Catholic School Board will only accept complete applications using our secure online application system. Mailed, emailed, or faxed applications are no longer accepted. Incomplete or unpaid applications will not be processed.

 

Before you begin the online application process, please make sure you have collected all the necessary information and documents. You will need the applicant’s complete information and complete parent information, including names, birthdates, addresses, etc.

 

Required and recommended documents (see below) must be submitted as PDF or JPEG files only and less than 15MB each. If any document is larger than 15MB, it has been scanned at too high a resolution and must be rescanned at a lower resolution before beginning the application process.

 

The application fee is $350 Canadian dollars (CAD) and is nonrefundable.  

 

Required documents

 

In order to submit an application, the documents listed below are required. If you do not upload these documents into the online application system, you cannot complete the application process. If you do not submit a complete application within 30 days, the partial application will be automatically deleted.

  1. A copy of the student's passport page with photo. 
  2. A copy of the student's birth certificate.
  3. Two years of academic transcripts of courses are required.  These should be translated into English and scanned to PDF or JPEG files less than 5MB in size. You will only be able to upload one document, so please ensure all pages of the records of grades are scanned as a single document.
  4. Letter of recommendation from your current teacher. 
  5. Custodianship documents, if the applicant will not be part of our homestay program and is arranging private custodianship.  Private custodians must be over 25 years old and live in the area.

  2. A copy of the student’s passport page with photo
  3. A copy of passport page with photo of parent(s) in Canada with student
  4. Registered proof of home address (i.e. Tenant Rental Agreement, Purchase of Sale)
  5. Study Permit or Visitor Record of student
  6. Work Permit or Study Permit of parent(s) in Canada
  7. If applicable, Legal Custody Order for parent with child in Canada or Notarized Letter of Consent from child’s other parent not in Canada

For Elementary Students Only, a Roman Catholic baptismal certificate (or baptismal certificate from religion that is in Communion with Rome) for the student or a parent must be submitted.
