I forgot my password.
I did not receive an email with my passcode.
I DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH MY PASSCODE
- Verify the email address you are using is registered with an active agency with the school board(s) you are working with.
- Check your email spam filter to ensure the message was not flagged as spam.
- Add do-not-reply@mytruenorth.ca to your contacts or trusted senders list within your email client.
- Wait a few minutes for the email to be delivered. Even though TRUE North instantly sends the one-time passcode email, you may encounter a delay with some email providers depending on their server load and processing times.
I no longer have access to my email account.
I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO MY EMAIL ACCOUNT
If you no longer have access to the email address you are using to access TRUE North, contact the school board(s) you are working with and provide your new email address.
I do not have access to a specific school board.
I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO A SPECIFIC SCHOOL BOARD
Agent access is only possible if the school board has done the following:
a) Enabled their agent portal.
b) Marked your agency as "Active".
c) Created an agent contact with your email address.
